Q: What do you charge for your services?
A: Our management fee is based on the gross monthly income from the property, for instances if we are not collecting rent due to marketing or the tenant's rent has not been paid on we do not charge a management fee.
Q: Who sets the rent price?
A: Ultimately it will be the market that determines the price. Our team will provide you with detailed comps on the average rental price of comparable properties in the area. Using this and other reliable market data out team will recommend a rent price, but we always allow the client to choose the final price point.
Q: How long does it take to get my property rented?
A: For a property that is placed at current market prices and are in good rent ready condition it takes an average of 26 days to rent.
Q: Who pays the maintenance costs?
A: If the maintenance or repair cost is due to tenant damage or negligence the tenant is responsible. If not the owner is financially responsible for repairs.
