Step #1) Please first complete the application form and submit. PLEASE NOTE: applications without complete Social Security numbers cannot be processed
Step#2) Click the Pay Rent Online tab. Register for an account. Choose your property from the drop down menu. Submit payment to the Credit Application account.
Applicants are reviewed on the same criteria: One person or family at a time, on a first completed application in / first completed application reviewed first. Applications are considered "complete" when the fees have been paid and all income verification documents have been submitted for review.
